Our classes are rhythm based, so expect a dance party on a bike! While we strive to create a fun environment, we want to work hard while doing it. We will be working on strength, endurance and speed, all while grooving to the beat!

Bring yourself and water bottle, we’ve got you covered from there!
(and even if you forget your water, don’t worry, we have bottled water for sale for $2 should you need one in a pinch)

Anything you feel comfortable wearing and can move freely in! We recommend any breathable top and form fitting bottoms to make sure there is no excess fabric to get in the way.

For safety and comfortability reasons, we supply you with clip in shoes at no cost! If you prefer to bring your own, our bikes are compatible with SPD clips.

Our class bookings are available to book on a 2 week rolling basis. That means that you can book a class up to 14 days in advance!

We have an 8 hour cancellation window to accommodate any changes in plans or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made outside of the 8 hour window will have no penalty.
Cancellations made within the 8 hour window will result in a loss of credit for credit holders and a $10 fee for membership holders.
If you no-show your class, it will result in a loss of credit for credit holders and a $15 fee for membership holders.

When a class is full, you have the option to add yourself to the waitlist if you’re hoping to get in on the ride!
Should a spot become available, you will automatically be added into the class up to 6 hours before the start time and will receive confirmation via text and/or email. Should it be after the 6 hour mark, our team will reach out to you personally to confirm your spot in class.
Please note your waitlist position is your responsibility and should your plans change, it is important to remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid any unwanted late charges and to give the opportunity to another hopeful rider!
